#Blognix Twitter Round-Up: Mental Health and Blogging

Blognix Twitter Chat

Last Thursday we honoured Mental Health Awareness Week by choosing to discuss Mental Health and Blogging for our #Blognix Twitter chat.

The tweets were so inspiring! We have such a lovely community of supportive bloggers at Blognix.

But don’t worry if you missed out, some of the highlights are included in the Storify below.

We asked the following questions:

  1. Do you think blogging can help with anxiety and/or depression?
  2. Is blogging particularly introvert-friendly?
  3. How can we tackle the negative side of blogging such as trolling, cyber-bullying and hate forums?
  4. Any success stories from mental health being helped by blogging and the community?

If you have anything you’d like to add to the conversation about The Future of Blogging, do please pop a comment below.

We will be back again this Thursday at 9pm for our next Twitter chat so do follow us and check out the #Blognix hashtag.
