Mental Health and BloggingIt’s Mental Health Awareness week so this week for our #Blognix Twitter chat we will be discussing the topic of Mental Health and Blogging.

Last week’s chat was a resounding success full of loads of insights, helpful information and all round positivity for The Future of Blogging.

This week we will take a slightly introspective look at Blogging and how it may or may not help mental health. One of the aims of Mental Health Awareness week is to help battle the stigma and discrimination around mental health as well as promoting better mental health for everyone. We hope to stimulate an honest and safe chat for everyone involved.

The aim of the chat is to spend one hour discussing one topic over four questions. We will provide the prompts starting at 9pm and we would love you to join us.

Please help us spread the word and let’s chat about Mental Health and Blogging tomorrow at 9pm (GMT+1).

Follow Blognix on Twitter and check out the #Blognix hashtag for the full conversation.
